Why is the One UI 7 Beta Program Not Available in the Middle East?

As a loyal Samsung user in the Middle East, I can’t help but feel left out every time you announce a new One UI beta program. While users in the US, South Korea, and Europe get to experience and test the latest features firsthand, we in the Middle East are consistently excluded. It’s frustrating, and honestly, it feels like our region is being sidelined.

Sure, I understand that every country has its rules about software compliance and data privacy. But Samsung operates in the Middle East and sells millions of devices here. You already comply with these regulations for your finalized updates, so why not.

Samsung has a huge market share in the Middle East. Your phones are everywhere, from the flagship Galaxy S series to the budget-friendly A-series. We’re investing in your ecosystem just like users in the US and Europe. So why does it seem like our voices and feedback don’t matter?

Samsung, it’s time to stop ignoring the Middle East when it comes to beta programs. If it’s about regulations, sort it out. If it’s about localization, invest in it. And if it’s about prioritizing other markets, remember that the Middle East is just as important to your global success.

We deserve the chance to experience One UI updates as they’re being developed. Listen to your users in the Middle East. We’re ready, and we’re waiting.

They don't dare to justify what's happening about depriving Middle Eastern clients of the beta program experience.

If this is the case that samsung is ignoring the gulf countries for the UI7 update. I think this is the time to switch and try other android brands that offers the same or more quality than Samsung. And offer update equally. Even I it is beta or stable at least we try it on ourselves. And gives importance to their valued users.

It’s frustrating to see users in other regions getting early access while we, despite being a strong and dedicated customer base, are ignored. It almost feels like we don’t matter to you as much as other markets, and that’s honestly disheartening. We invest in your flagship devices, support your ecosystem, and yet, when it comes to something as exciting as beta testing, we are sidelined. I truly hope you reconsider this approach and start valuing Gulf users equally, giving us the same opportunities as the rest of the world. After all, loyalty should be a two-way street.
