Using display assistant you can:
1. Set different screen timeout for each app
2. When using adaptive brightness, you can change the speed a which brightness change, usually tour device is set at x1, you can make it faster to x2 or x3 as you desire
And many more, these are what I've explored so far
It's still in beta mode meaning it's still quite new and improving as you provide feedback to the developers. I'm sure more options will be added to those already available

No it's not working on those yet, from the looks of it... it's still in beta, so it might in future

Unless you have YT Premium, since it counts as playing it in the background

I also downloaded Display Assistant 😂 you can adjust how fast Adaptive Brightness works, and I got 2 extra buttons.

You can also increase the maximum screen on time from 10 to 30 minutes. Maybe they'll remove the limit or allow custom limits in future updates
