I frequently get this refreshing SIM data pop-up I'm now concerned what does it mean??

It randomly pops up if it not concerning than it's cool I thought it was a serious thing.

I saw that once or twice on my device and I looked it up. It typically occurs when the phone is updating its network settings or when the sim is being re-read into the phone's memory. This is said to be a normal process.
