No amount of venting on this platform is gonna make a difference. The majority of samsung users are not on here so Samsung is not going to take note. I am thinking of upgrading to a Google Pixel next, updates are on time and support is for many years. Only problem with the Pixel is that you can't get it through official channels on a contract, u will have to buy it cash. That being said, I would definitely not think like this if they change the way updates are delivered, cos their products are good

Yeah that's the thing apart from the One UI4 update we're supposed to be getting monthly security updates. My Note 20 Ultra keeps telling me my software is up to date and my security patch is from 1 December 2021 which I have received on 17 January 2022. Absolutely ridiculous
