My S7 edge got volte in the last update - the update that came with Samsung pay.. Mine is middle east version - Kuwait..

change the firmware manually to indian version (INS) csc.

This is not a problem Dubai Device only Support Dubai service DUBAI does not have VOLTE SUPPORT

IF you want VOLTE then why you buy your mobile From Dubai

then buy from india.
Sucker it is not a problem.
