Why samsung why. Except samsung everyone using real proximity sensor but you're using Virtual (reel) proximity sensing. Does it works well nahh ️.

Im using Samsung S24fe paid premium phone price but feels like very cheap while calling. Many times the call went hold, disconnected due to the screen on.

You should change it otherwise you're buyers will change the brand...

Nowadays Chinese phones are good. If we want premium we will go with apple. Why should we pay premium price to get improper phone.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We completely understand your frustration regarding the proximity sensor behavior on your Samsung Galaxy S24 FE and the impact it has experienced during calls.

The S24 FE uses a virtual (reel) proximity sensor designed to detect screen proximity reliably while maintaining a slim and modern device design. In some situations, factors like screen protectors, cases, or call environment can affect its sensitivity, leading to unintended screen activation or call interruptions.

Please try the following steps to improve call experience:

  1. Remove any thick screen protector or case temporarily and test a call.
  2. Ensure your device software is up to date: Settings > Software update > Download and install.
  3. Restart the device to refresh system functions.
  4. We understand that this can be frustrating, especially on a premium device, and your feedback regarding the virtual proximity sensor has been noted and shared with the Samsung product team for further consideration in future updates.
