Unknown app running in background

From that last 2-3 days some unknown app is running in the background like this. Idk why or which app this is or any bug or something. Need your kind assists on this,

Kindly start by checking the list of recent apps on your device. You can usually access this list by tapping the "Recent Apps" button or using the multitasking interface.

Review Installed Apps : Go to your device's settings and review the list of installed apps. Look for any unfamiliar or suspicious apps that you don't remember installing. If you find any, consider uninstalling them.

Head to the Members app > Get Help > Error Report > Tap 'OK' to send System Log Data > Select the symptom, and include as much detail as possible.

To ensure your logs accurately reflect the issue you're experiencing, we'd like you to submit your report within 5 minutes of encountering the problem. Our engineers will then investigate this and respond to you with a solution via the Members app.
