Ui 7 theme is always in dark mode, with or without dark mode turned on

Click on that "moon" icon next to the brightness bar

Alternatively go into settings>>>display>>>>dark mode and change the settings to "off"

It's now changing on the notification panel.... The other parts are changing. But the screenshoted area remains dark
