UI7 in UAE

My purchase of the Samsung S24 Ultra was driven by its advanced features and processor. However, I am concerned that the UI 7 update, available in other regions, has not yet been released in the UAE. This is a significant issue for me. I would appreciate a clear explanation and a prompt response.
