Which means your s22 ultra is an unlock version just like mine because it's carrier is from the US so it we will experience a so much delay of software update of one ui 7 but if I'm you it's better you wait because there's a lot of issues had been found. The update of one ui 7 regarding of the scheduled OTA update of the unlocked s22 ultra and other unlocked model here in UAE please check the link

Check if your s22 ultra is a AT&T unlocked phone it doesn't receive any updates here in UAE because it is only receive updates if you're connected to AT&T network. If you have a PC with windows 10 or above try download smart switch on windows PC and connect your s22 ultra via USB to receive software updates for your s22 ultra
