UI 3.0 interface and Android 11 for Galaxy S10

Hey all, i see the list of dates when the UI 3.0 and Android 11 will be rolled out for update to the different models and all it says for S10 is "February", but can somebody please offer a more defined date we can expect to see the update?.

I also see some posts that it has already been made available to some users?.

best way to ensure you get the update make sure all your apps are updated makes things easier if it says Feb then just be patient
