To flash other region stock ROM

Hi, I have S22+ with XFA CSC (South Africa). Can I flash other region stock ROM by Odin tools? 

Will it effect any performance or break phone?

If yes, can I get update?

I don't worry about Samsung wallet.

Why do you wanna flash another region rom? If you want the latest update you can just change the csc to THL or any other and get updates

I am already on XXV Vietnam got update of December but not getting January update which is already out on 2nd January.
Just I want to know, Can we change the completely different region stock ROM?

Not sure on that but change the csc TO THL as what you want is available there
