I am a shop owner and I have made the decision to completely stop promoting and selling Samsung products due to the unacceptable service I have experienced.
Being a part of the so-called Samsung Membership program has provided no real benefits or privileges—only disappointment. It raises the question: What is the point of being a member if there’s no added value or support?
The Middle East represents a major market and strong competition for Samsung, yet it has become very clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for the company.
This level of neglect is unacceptable, and I can no longer continue to support a brand that fails to support its partners and customers.
