Clearly Samsung has a problem with this One UI software update for S22 users. No notices at all to flagship mobile users (Lots of users). When motor vehicles have a potential recall problem, owners are informed of a response plan and a date when the issue will be resolved. To leave people snorkeling in sh1t and frustration is not good business practice. Samsung, get it together soon or you'll lose valuable customers.

Interesting concept ! I find it absolutely unacceptable that Samsung hasn't released the One UI6 update for the S22 and S21 devices. I'm highly frustrated with this and can't unalderstand what's taking so dakn long. I won't be buying another Samsung again

They will lose the stronghold in the South African region to be precise, I always send them Twitter messages but they don't respond

Agreed...not giving a proper response for the delay just makes it worse. If there are major issues then say so
