Just bought an S22 Ultra and it has One UI 6.0 and it hasn't received the One UI 6.1, is there any possible reason for receiving this update later. Cause what has drawn my attention that a Samsung A14 has received One UI 6.1 so how come a flagship like S22 Ultra hasn't received the update yet.

Hi have you checked it from your Phone Settings > Software Update, if so they might be a problem since s22 ultra is still eligible for one ui 7 update, Kindly share a screenshot of the current update be it a security patch or not

Clear Cache of the Update App:
Go to Settings > Apps > Software Update > Clear Cache and then check for updates again.

I even tried a factory reset but it didn't work, so is this option better than the factory reset?

It does not have One UI 7 but it is expected to receive One UI 7 next year
