FB crash when clicking link and WA duo images all gone and not downloadable after software update...SAMSUNG please respond ASAP!

not only that even whatsapp crashes while playing a youtube video shared within whatsapp chat and unable to send a decent size of video files

Plus battery consumption so rapid now..samsung please2 undo what you have done!!! Or repair it..no respond so far ..sad..

What a joke! Is this your PR or customer service solution? A standard reply and asking us to go to service center. I called and lodged an error report and has not heard anything from the "technical" team ever since. Basic customer service is to first acknowledge there is an issue. One can Google and find out this issue is affecting every users everywhere too. Shame on you Samsung.
