So which sim are you using?

Because if you can use another slot, then it something technical you might need to contact samsung support

I'm currently using sim2 , sometimes when I switch Sims it works for a day or two then back to sim1 not allowed again

Yeah it a challenge check with Samsung support, you might need to visit a service center for that one
