Hi guys both my sim's not working without Wi-fi, I am unable to receive or dial out if not connected to the wifi and this happened after software update
Make sure both of your SIM cards are enabled and correctly recognized by the phone. & Check the Preferred SIM card settings for Calls, Texts, and Mobile data to ensure they are set up how you want them.
