Selfie on S24u not working, it's freezing,lagging and very slow. Any advise?

Hi Seraph33. Had you tired to restart your phone? Sometimes restating your device can resolve the problem.

Hi Eric, yes I did that. But the problem still persists. However, I have not done factory reset yet. Only attempted other means of restarting, is there anything you can advise I do before factory reset with regards to restarting?

Just remember to backup everything before factory resetting. Otherwise you will lose all your data. I also think that a factory reset could solve the problem.
