Samsung s21fe tab7 free gift

Good day, recently bought my s21fe and applied for the free gift two weeks ago. To date I still haven't received any correspondence from Samsung, I then sent in a query via email but still nothing. 

Can anyone help with claiming this seemingly fictitious gift that Samsung claims to exist.

I've just claimed mine today. I received a confirmation from Samsung saying they will deliver in 7 to 10 working days.

Did they deem your application/claim to be successful? Cos I only received that first email, nothing after that

It was their first acknowledgement email saying that I redeemed the benefit successfully. A Samsung Sales Rep said it can take up to a month or two for them to deliver. They have a backlog
