Samsung has not yet released the update for the devices, which indicates a lack of credibility from the company. There must be trust between the company and the consumer, but unfortunately, it seems that Samsung is unable to fulfill its promises to its users regarding updates. All the promotional campaigns and advertisements about updates turn out to be nothing but empty hype. It’s clear that the company neglects the Middle East, as updates are prioritized for the U.S. and the European Union only. This reflects a discriminatory attitude toward the Middle East and the Gulf region.
