Samsung galaxy s25 ultra volume issue

Received my s25 ultra yesterday and I am finding the volume alot softer than my s24u that was very loud. Anyone else have issues

 Could it be software or a hardware issue

Can you specify if you mean the main phone speakers or via Bluetooth

That's why before you leave the store test a phone we have free test phone on display do everything when you are satisfied buy it if not leave it

Better quality means less noise....
