I don't know man, I also got a S22 Ultra, but it only overheats when I'm playing Call Of Duty only, or if it's a hot day and I'm using the phone in direct sunlight

It can be due to background apps
Try to force stop the apps but remember force stopping an app can make the app cause errors
So a better solution is to restart your device and clear your ram

But if it's an app like Snapchat, Facebook
Then your need to force stop them as they take a lot of ram

Check your notification panel, there should a notification to connect you s pen, just click it and leave it alone until it finishes.
