Galaxy SUnfortunately, after a restart the phone always asks for the main screen lock method (pattern/PIN/password) instead of biometrics. If that pattern is forgotten, there’s no official way to bypass it for security reasons.
You can try:
Samsung Find My Mobile (findmymobile.samsung.com) → if your Note20 Ultra is linked to your Samsung account and online, you can log in and use the Unlock option remotely.
If that doesn’t work, then only a factory reset will remove the lock, but this will erase the data.
For security, Samsung service centers can’t skip the lock without a reset. If you don’t want to lose data, the only chance is unlocking through Find My Mobile.

Galaxy SWe’re sorry to hear about your experience.
Please note that if you forget your phone’s PIN, the only way to regain access is by remembering the correct code. This is part of Samsung’s strict security and privacy policies.
Unfortunately, even our service centers cannot unlock the device without a factory reset, which will erase all data on the phone.
We truly appreciate your understanding.
