last Monday (13/8/18) i had a notification about software update for my S9 which naturally i accepted as it was from Samsung for sure , then when trying to restart it , it shows incorrect PIN which i am sure it is CORRECT and since then i can't use my phone . I tried to unlock it through my Samsung account as it should work but the problem is , this update disconnected my phone and it became (OFFLINE) , so it didn't work . I am in a big miss as i have many important datas in the Notes inside my phone . Tried to contact the call center here in UAE but didn't get a solution . I hope Samsung has a solution to help me with that as it was because of the update and nothing else .

If there is still a warranty, take the phone to a service center, they should help anyone.
