its been 1.5 month i am facing this issue, had visited samsung customer service center in Mall of the Emirates, their representative (an Egyptian guy) ask me to pay 1000 dhs to change the mother board but i have showed him screen shot of the clear error of screen shot but he is trying to avoid to resole my issue, after that i have contacted samsung help center by chat and they have suggested to raise my issue in members, i got the reply with issue but still i am waiting and now i am posting here if someone will help me.
1- After the last update of security/software update my phone got heated and restart sometimes.
2- after couple of days its keeps restarting, i had done backup and factory reset, but after 1 or 2 days restarting issue starts again.
3- Send error report to samsung help center they had mentioned some ORM or ORB file is missing but after they are not replying.
