Hi all.

I purchased Samsung S20 from Vodacom SA a few days ago. Got the phone yesterday. Really happy with it, but it was advertised with free samsung buds which can be claimed from the Members store. Unfortunately I don't have the option. The offer is catalogs and their website so it still exists. How do I claim it?

Regards,
New S20 owner

Hi, RowLFC please open the Samsung Members App>> Click on the S20 Galaxy Buds+ banner to redeem>> Complete the form with your personal, contact and delivery detail

  • Enter your device IMEI number
  • To find the IMEI on your keypad, dial *#06#
  • Upload your purchase invoice

>> Once the form is submitted, an email confirming the order and the reference number will be sent to the registered email address>> We have adjusted our delivery lead times due to COVID-19. Delivery of your Galaxy Buds+, which constitutes delivery of non-essential goods will only be processed 5 - 7 days after lockdown regulations permit. Delivery of your Galaxy Buds+ is further dependent upon receipt of your correct delivery details, as submitted by you through the Samsung Members application.

So this is 12 days after lockdown 3 started. Sadly no EARBUDS received yet. Wondering if Samsung will ever comply.
