SSD portable hard drive not detected on S24 Ultra

Dear Support teams,

I have a 2TB SSD hard drive which is not being detected or seen when connected to my s24 ultra. other pen drives and SSD hard like Sandisk is being detected and can tranfer files but my 2TB is not shown on the phone. My SSD is a Asus TUF Gaming enclosure with a 2TB Ediloca PCIe Gen4 NVMe. Kindly let me know how I can solve this issue. Or will there be a software update which will work on this.

To address this concern we need the IMEI of the device with the proof of purchase for the SSd, and if there is any screenshot of any error
