Galaxy SDear Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with my external SSD not being recognized by my Samsung S24 Ultra.
The device in question is a 2TB SSD installed in an ASUS TUF Gaming enclosure, using a 2TB Ediloca PCIe Gen4 NVMe drive. When connected to my phone, the SSD is not detected or visible. However, other storage devices, such as pen drives and external hard drives (e.g., Sandisk), are being recognized and function normally for file transfers.
Please advise on how this issue can be resolved. Is there any specific compatibility requirement or software update expected that might address this?
I look forward to your assistance.
Note: Below is the details required if needed. IMEI of the device. : 355731672656734 and of the Enclosure - SN: SBDOAPO23656 and a screenshot of the SSD Enclosure and Ediloca 2TB SSD PCIe Gen4 M.2 2280 ..please let me know if this helps or you need more information from me.
