S9 4G connectivity

My phone is not giving 4G connectivity.  If I use the same sim in any other similar phones I am getting 4g. I had tried Access Point setting  as per other 4g phone settings.

Hi there, 

 

Please try the following steps to help resolve the issue:

 

- From Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Search for network or search manual > Select the right network.

 

- From Network Mode > LTE Auto connect.

 

- Then Restart the phone.

 

- If the same issue exists, please open Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings > Enter the PIN of the screen > Reset network settings.

 

- Try another SIM card.

 

 

 

- Otherwise, if the issue continues please contact the network provider.
