Всем привет!
Купили Samsung Galaxy S 7 edge в ОАЭ. Когда приехали в Россию, захотел обновить Android , так как стоит 6.0. Зашел в настройки "загрузка обновления вручную". Нажал, а там вышла ошибка (во вложении). Также не работает Samsung pay и Android pay.
Подскажите пожалуйста, как мне решить эту проблему.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S 7 edge in the UAE. When we arrived in Russia, I wanted to update Android , as it costs 6.0. Went to settings "downloading update manually". He pressed, and there came the error (in the attachment). Also does not work Samsung pay, and Android pay.

If you have a mac or Pc install smart switch on that from google and then connect your phone to the laptop, smart switch will then automatically give you an option to update.

Спасибо. я пробовал этот способ, обновлений не было найдено. Написано, что 6.0 последняя версия. Также пробовал Samsung kies, ситуация аналогичная.

i think the only option you have is to contact samsung customer support. Make sure you let them know you bought it from Dubai and everything is legit.

Я тоже покупал на сайте ОАЭ,но с обновлениями всё чётко,Самсунг пэй работает только с ихними банковскими картами наши не берёт

Где то читал на форумах что помогает сброс телефона на заводские настройки
