S7 Edge restarts randomly and can't be updated !!

My s7 edge ( UAE version ) restarts randomly more than 3-4 times / day !!
Im on andoriod version 6.0.1 and i can't update my phone . every time i download the software package and on installing it always breaks at 26% without a reason .. please help and thanks in advance

have you tried to perform a factory reset?

Should be some bug in the software. Try doing a factory reset.

update your phone via smart switch at pc . that's for sure will fix your problem

i did factory resets more than five times and i disabled preinstalled facebook application and the problem still exsists
