Just noticed 4 parallel grey lines on my S7 Edge screen this morning. Searched on the Internet & found lot of S7 Edge owners facing the same issue. Anyone here having the same issue? The lines persisted for about ~5 minutes. Adjusted the brightness level & it was fine again. Some owners have got their screen kit replaced. Any suggestions? The phone was purchased in UAE in the month of July & I'm using it in India currently.
Today morning I found the same problem on my phone. This problem dissapear when the brightness is ajusted on the max and min level. I bought it in June in USA as well.
My S7 Edge was working fine till the grey lines appeared again. Went to the service centre & was quoted INR 14,900/- for a screen replacement. My phone was purchased in UAE, so the warranty is void in India. Screen kits unavailable, so will have to wait.
