I just received my s24U and I've set it up. I can't activate my 1 year of Samsung care+ (even on the website) + I'm not eligible for it on the Samsung website?? Also the generative fill and move item feature doesn't seem to be working for me it gives me a error when I try it.

Dear to activate if it is not happening thru members u can call Samsung call centre snd get it activate

I believe it's activated a few days after purchasing. Maybe a week or so.

Yep, contacted customer service they said it needs 14 days
