Anyone else experiencing this issue?
I have a S24 Ultra.not even a year old.
Since about a month ago it started randomly to freeze and restart.
Cannot replicate it,it will happen even in my pocket or without being used.I have tried everything Samsung support suggested.even did a factory reset.Samsung doesnt acknowledge that there is an issu until i send my phone to them but that leaves me without a phone.
My phone is used for business so cannot be without it and obviously it is frustrating when this happens during a call.
Anyone else with this issue or a solution to get Samsung to help me out here.this is their flagship phone which i get everytime i upgrade.never had issues with any flagship until now.
I assume the phone would need replacing if Samsung doesnt give me the run around.

I tried everything from the advice I got here,it's not working. I think Samsung Mobile should address and resolve these issues. I'm stuck also.

I had the same issue I bought a new battery at vodacom store they change it even today my phone works smoothly
