Anyone facing problem with the camera when using whatsapp s23ultra ?

Its alright never faced an issue using the camera on it

When does the problem happen during the video call?

Make sure you give permission to WhatsApp to use the camera, if problem persist, clear cache, in worse case save chat, remove WhatsApp and then reinstall it.

If I use the camera in whatsapp it freeze and stop working.even if I go back to camera app it stop working

Did you install any update from 3rd party (like aptoide) ? Open camera setting and clear app and data cache let me know if the issue is fixed ?

I have 2 third party app but it doesn't use camera

Reset app preferences. Go to Settings > Apps > Tap on the 3 dots in the upper right corner > Reset app preferences > Reset.

Kindly make sure that the phone and the app are updated to the last software update/ You may try to clear cache the what's app from the settings > apps > what's app > storage > clear cache.
