Kindly try the steps below: Reset app preferences. Go to Settings > Apps > Tap on the 3 dots in the upper right corner > Reset app preferences > Reset. This will reset all of the notification settings for all of your apps, so you will need to go through and re-enable notifications for the apps that you want to receive notifications from.
