I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with Samsung Pay on your Samsung S23 Ultra. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the problem:
1. Update Samsung Pay: Make sure you have the latest version of Samsung Pay installed on your device. Open the Google Play Store, search for Samsung Pay, and select "Update" if an update is available.
2. Clear cache and data: Go to the Settings app on your phone, select "Apps" or "Applications," find Samsung Pay, and tap on it. From there, choose "Storage" and then "Clear cache" and "Clear data." Restart your device and try using Samsung Pay again.
3. Reinstall Samsung Pay: If clearing the cache and data did not solve the issue, you can try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. To do this, go to the Settings app, select "Apps" or "Applications," find Samsung Pay, and tap on it. Choose "Uninstall" and then open the Google Play Store to reinstall the app.
4. Check card compatibility: Ensure that the cards you're trying to add are compatible with Samsung Pay. Some banks or card issuers may not support Samsung Pay, so it's a good idea to verify with your bank if they are supported.
5. Contact Standard Bank: If none of the above steps work, it's recommended to reach out to Standard Bank's customer support or visit your nearest branch. They can help troubleshoot the issue further and confirm if there are any specific requirements or restrictions for using Samsung Pay with their cards.
Remember to always ensure that you have a stable internet connection and that your device's software is up to date.
