I picked up my phone a few days ago and noticed a crack on my bottom telephoto lens, I don't have any recollection of having dropped my phone. I also have a uag cover which securely protects my phone
I've read a few other posts saying that is is a fault and has happened to several other people, much like the fault on the s20 ultra
Has anyone else experienced the same thing? How did you go about reporting it? Did they fix and and how much did it cost?
Mine cracked too. Just 1 month. Never dropped. Went to Samsung service center, I was told it's not covered under warranty. Pushing the blame to me for cracking it. Samsung will bully costumers living in countries with weak or non-existent class-action lawsuit.
