Hi guys. Has anyone else experienced their Samsung S21 getting really hot? And I don't mean warm I mean hot. Even when there are no apps running?

What you said makes perfect sense but as a general users we shouldn't have to do all that manually. Samsung has to find a way to optimise its software with that available hardware.

Totally agree with you. Using a iPhone as well I must give it to Apple that I have never encoutered overheating once with the same or even higher usage demand as my S21 Galaxy.

Once when my iPhone was in the sun for too long it overheated but I understand that fully, I also overheated so hot it was in the car but with Samsung it is a daily occurrence that you as the user need to manage and prevent, not expected or appreciated.

I thought the coming software updates will improve that it seems like they require so much processing that the over heating gets worse
