Why is my phone (S21 Ultra) dual sim supported yet my slot 2 doesn't read a second sim in my phone? Any solutions I can try or if anyone has had this issue, what did you do?
Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Error Report. Click on it and follow the steps
