S21 - December Security Update

Just received the new update however it doesn't fix the dual sim receiving of calls..

I hear you. Why a December update when we're in February? Not acceptable. These updates are so delayed and very late.S20 FE already has the January patch

Also the "SIM 1 not allowed" problem, generated from October 2022 security update, has not been fixed yet

That has got to do with your network provider. You have to contact them.
