S20plus 5g

Hi recently got a S20plus 5g and I have discovered that I cnt use the phone with a Screen protector on it. The touch is extremely non responsive. Am now forced to use it without any screen protectors. Any Recommendations. Thanks

Hi, just thought i should ask- though i do not own a S20plus 5g, I'm just trying to help, have you tried searching "Touch sensitivity" on your settings? because i think if the A05s has this tool, it is more likely that the S20plus 5g. The tool adds sensitivity for screen protectors, i believe that is the purpose or function of the tool. if you haven't searched for it on your settings, please try it then try the screen protector once again.

Yes it does and yes I have it turned on. Still nothing,, some technician said that it may hav been a Refurbished phone

Have you replaced your screen, or does your samsung s20 plus still have it's original screen?

Often, when you replace your screen it never works the same as it did with its original screen. In my experience, at least.
Something I would recommend then is one of those gel screen protectors to protect it from scratches
