The S20FE promotion is fraudulent /misleading advertising .
Advised by Samsung per email on 16th November that I could redeem the promo and provided a code. The email says when you buy a S20FE you can then complete the form, include pop, code and imei, etc. I tried this and get error that my IMEI is INVALID/DUPLICATED.
Response from Samsung advises promo ended on 15 November, IE the day before I received their email. Also nothing about the fact that Samsung says my device has an INVALID/DUPLICATE IMEI!
I am extremely unhappy using a device Samsung says (!!!) has an invalid/duplicate imei. This is a significant security risk.
