After 14 months of having s20 ultra the display screen is dead now , I just searched for the problem and I found a lot of people have the same problem, I went to customer service and they said you have to replace the screen and it will cost around 250 usd , I came back home without changing the screen , next day morning I found the screen is working and everything was fine in a very high quality,

Only two weeks and it back to Flickr again .
These is my last samsung device for sure and I will go to buy iPhone

I think you have to read my post carefully, I went to your service center and they said I have to replace the display and they want to charge me 250 usd .
For sure I will never pay any cent to samsung anymore , and I will go to another company that respects it's customers, after 12 years of loyalty with Samsung company, because all my family devices is Samsung, phones , TV , computer monitors , refrigerator,
I promise that I will never buy anything from Samsung and I will never recommend them to anyone,
Because I take care of my devices and my s20 ultra never fall down and never had any shock.
You will never understand the meaning of loyalty.
It's not only my issue
