S20 ONE UI 4.0 UPDATE

ANOTHER REMINDER SAMSUNG SOUTH AFRICA🇿🇦, WE WERE SKIPPED FROM RECEIVING THE SOFTWARE UPDATE, S22, S21, S10, NOTE 10, S21FE AND THE OTHER MODELS RECEIVED THEIRS.

WE WERE SUPPOSED TO GET THE UPDATE IN JANUARY, WHY WE DIDN'T GET, WE WILL NEVER KNOW, WE ARE GOING INTO THE LAST WEEK OF FEBRUARY, STILL NO UPDATE.

WE KEEP CHECKING EVERY HOUR OF EVERY DAY, STILL NO UPDATE, NO REASON, NO RESPONSIBILITY, NO CARE WHATSOEVER.

There is already a list of devices getting ONE UI 5.0 and we didn't even get 4 yet. This is pathetic Samsung

If I don't get it this month on my note 20 ultra then I'm definitely jumping ship and not coming back. I think I'm tired of just always upgrading to the latest just to get the latest software. Maybe that's their plan. Would rather know I'm not getting android 12 that be left hanging
