I am deeply disheartened by Samsung's approach. They removed one of the most handy feature 'Unlock' from Find my Mobile. I forgot my pin and ended up now to reset my mobile which resulted in loosing whole data. If it was a security issue, they could have added multiple layers (2step verification) but instead of that they terminated the feature which is very bad. This approach will push customers like me away. I own 10 Samsung products and feel like i am ditched.
Unfortunately, The Remote Unlock feature in the SmartThings Find website has temporarily ceased. We will stop providing the service of Remote Unlock feature for a while to improve the function, so please understand this situation during the period. We advise you to carry the device to the nearest authorized Samsung service center for factory reset.
Bro, you're company is such a liar. It's 2025 now, where is the remote unlock function? Looks like Samsung is going to be a jerk. If so, WALLAHI I will destroy my Samsung Galaxy A12 and switch to Apple, which is way better than your **bleep** of a company.
