Refresh Rate is Wonky

Hi Guys. Downloaded the latest Software update today, but my screen refresh rate is very glitchy. Like it stutters,but at a really fast rate.

Also, there's a lag when I double tap my screen to unlock it (S21)

There are so many faults on the update, a 2 month old programmer would be embarrassed!

I think that's probably one of the reasons the update rollout was halted. It was just not good.

Hi, TMoney apologies for the inconvenience caused, kindly backup your data and reset your phone to factory.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Accounts and backup
4. Select Backup.

You can also backup and update using Samsung Smart switch. Herewith Smart switch link:

Install the program on your computer and connect your phone to your computer using an Original Samsung cable and follow the prompts.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select General Management.
4. Select Reset.
5. Select Factory data Reset.
6. Tap Reset.
