I need assistance on S25 Ultra, when on recent tabs I can't get opinions when I hold on the app icon but goes to split screen not give options or settings.

Just Tap the icon for options don't hold.

The only options is "Close all" and "Settings"

But they are there on your files... and also when you go to the history of the call you want and click on it you will find a summary of your call and click on it..
