Quick toggles bug

Hi all i got one ui 8.5 yesterday but the ne quick toggles menu where you add toggles you don't use often when from grid view to a one line downwards in the middle now i have to see it one by one

What happens if you go to edit then reset?

It reset but the layout is still like that

That's bad. You can't even customise?

I can customize but can change the it to grid or put them next to each other once the panel is collapsed it goes to the line
